If one of your documents has multiple files (for example a passport with multiple pages and each page is saved as a separate file), please try to merge these into one file before sending us, as you might exceed the document limit.

If you upload multiple files for one document, those files must be collated in sequence.
When naming your files, only use only letters A – Z (upper and lower case), 
Avoid using spaces ‘ ‘, periods ‘.’, dashes ‘-‘ and underscores ‘_’ ampersand ‘&’, hash ‘#’, star ‘*’, exclamation marks ‘!’, quotations ‘” “’ and any other special character

(Eg Passport, Year 10, Year 12, Diploma Bachelor, Master, COE,  Employer Reference Letter, Parents Affidavit, Bank Loan, Bank Statement,

The maximum size of a file must not exceed 5 MB

Passport photo - provide a passport size photo in PDF format.

The required dimensions of the photograph is 35-40mm width and 45-50mm height.

The passport photos must be in good quality, colour prints, clear, focused image with no marks/stamps 

MYVISA ONLINE will not able to accept files that have been compressed, e.g. zipped file containing several files OR Photo images from Smart Phones OR Scanner Apps OR Whatsapp
