The Institute of Managers and Leaders is the approved professional assessing authority for persons seeking to apply for Skilled Migration as Senior Managers, within the Australian and New Zealand Classification of Occupations (ANZSCO) codes listed below. For migration to Australia, there are established criteria for the level of qualifications, training, and work experience required for a senior-level manager.
IML accepts Migration Skills Assessments for the following occupations:
For each occupation, there are two sets of criteria based on whether the applicant holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree that is highly relevant and comparable to an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) qualification:

- With relevant Bachelor's or Master's:
- At least three years of experience in a senior management role.
