The Institute of Managers and Leaders is the approved professional assessing authority for persons seeking to apply for Skilled Migration as Senior Managers, within the Australian and New Zealand Classification of Occupations (ANZSCO) codes listed below. For migration to Australia, there are established criteria for the level of qualifications, training, and work experience required for a senior-level manager.

IML accepts Migration Skills Assessments for the following occupations:

For each occupation, there are two sets of criteria based on whether the applicant holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree that is highly relevant and comparable to an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) qualification:

Chief Executive or Managing Director [111111]	With relevant Bachelor's or Master's: At least three years of experience in a senior management role.   At least two years of experience as a CEO/MD.   Without relevant Bachelor's or Master's: At least five years of experience in a senior management role.   At least two years of experience as a CEO/MD.
Corporate General Manager [111211]	With relevant Bachelor's or Master's: At least three years of experience in a managerial role.   At least two years of experience as a Corporate General Manager.   Without relevant Bachelor's or Master's: At least five years of experience in a managerial role.   At least two years of experience as a Corporate General Manager.
Sales and Marketing Manager [131112]	With relevant Bachelor's or Master's: At least three years of experience in a sales & marketing-related role.   At least two years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager (within those three years).   Without relevant Bachelor's or Master's: At least five years of experience in a sales & marketing-related role.   At least two years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager (within those five years).
Advertising Manager [131113]	With relevant Bachelor's or Master's: At least three years of experience in an advertising-related role.   At least two years of experience as an Advertising Manager (within those three years).   Without relevant Bachelor's or Master's: At least five years of experience in an advertising-related role.   At least two years of experience as an Advertising Manager (within those five years).
Public Relations Manager [131114]	With relevant Bachelor's or Master's: At least three years of experience in a PR-related role.   At least two years of experience as a Public Relations Manager (within those three years).   Without relevant Bachelor's or Master's: At least five years of experience in a PR-related role.   At least two years of experience as a Public Relations Manager (within those five years).
Human Resource Manager [132311]	With relevant Bachelor's or Master's: At least three years of experience in an HR-related role.   At least two years of experience as a Human Resource Manager (within those three years).   Without relevant Bachelor's or Master's: At least five years of experience in an HR-related role.   At least two years of experience as a Human Resource Manager (within those five years).
Engineering Manager [133211]	With relevant Bachelor's or Master's: At least three years of experience in an engineering-related role.   At least two years of experience as an Engineering Manager.   Without relevant Bachelor's or Master's: At least five years of experience in an engineering-related role.   At least two years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
Supply and Distribution Manager [133611]	With relevant Bachelor's or Master's: At least three years of experience in a distribution-related role.   At least two years of experience as a Supply and Distribution Manager (within those three years).   Without relevant Bachelor's or Master's: At least five years of experience in a distribution-related role.   At least two years of experience as a Supply and Distribution Manager (within those five years).
Procurement Manager [133612]	With relevant Bachelor's or Master's: At least three years of experience in a procurement-related role.   At least two years of experience as a Procurement Manager (within those three years).   Without relevant Bachelor's or Master's: At least five years of experience in a procurement-related role.   At least two years of experience as a Procurement Manager (within those five years).
