Gladstone Area Regional Certifying Body

 

As the Regional Certifying Body (RCB) for the Gladstone Region, GAPDL can assist businesses with employing overseas workers Regional  Migration Scheme .

To employ a skilled worker under this scheme, migration agents or nominating employers must lodge a completed Department of Immigration and Border Protection 1404 Form certified by the approved RCB for the region.

Once a 1404 Form is lodged with GAPDL, we will assess the nomination to ensure adequate evidence has been provided to satisfy the requirements under the Direct Entry Stream. The completed and certified 1404 form (including all documentation provided) is then returned via post or emailed to the migration agent or nominating business to lodge online with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection.

GAPDL charge a non-refundable fee (payable at time of submission of the 1404 Form) to process the application. We aim to complete the necessary assessments within five business days however, this timeframe is highly dependent on whether GAPDL will need to seek further information or clarification on any documents submitted with the application.
