Western Australia provided the most recent update on the forthcoming State Nomination Invitation Rounds. According to the department, an excessive number of applications have been received for the state nomination migration programme. Consequently, the department needs sufficient time to process this volume of applications.

Before the end of programme year 2022-23, the department intends to prioritise the volume of applications, especially the remaining applications. In addition, the state nomination invitation rounds will likely commence in the first week of each month beginning in February 2023.
