Starting June 12, VETASSESS is accepting new applications for Chefs (Commercial Cookery and Asian Cookery) and Fitters (General). This includes both Pathway 1 and Pathway 2 applications under OSAP and TSS programs. They paused new applications in September 2023 to focus on current cases but are now reopening these occupations following discussions with Trades Recognition Australia (TRA). However, applications for Electricians (General) and Metal Machinists (First Class) remain paused.
