The Australian Government has enhanced the permanent residency eligibility requirements for existing holders of Subclass 482 (TSS) visas.
The government has stated that TSS visa holders in the Medium-term stream with a Regional Occupation List (ROL) occupation are now eligible for a path to permanent residency. This update was released to the public on February 13, 2023.
