Murray Regional Certifying Body

The Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 494) (SESR 494) enables employers in regional areas to nominate skilled migrants for a provisional visa from outside Australia or skilled temporary residents who live and work in Australia to fill skill shortages in their business. 

Once you have applied you will be directed to RDA Murray as an authorised Regional Certifying Body (RCB) appointed by the Minister for Immigration to provide an assessment to the Department of Home Affairs for Annual Market Salary Rate under the SESR 494 visa.

How to Apply for Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 494) (SESR 494)

1. Completed Form 1404
2. Additional details to demonstrate the nominee will be paid at least the annual market salary rate

• Copy of the role statement/position description for the nominated position or description of the skills and experience required for the position
• Any evidence of advertising that includes a rate of payment
• Organisational Chart that outlines the positions in the business including:
• All positions and titles (including the nominated position)
• Reporting lines within the business (include all positions related to the nominated position)
• Employment status for all positions (part-time/full time/casual)
• Employment Entitlement documentation
• Award: provide a copy of the relevant pages of the Award covering; the title, classification level, wages and salaries

OR 

• Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) (as assigned by the Fair Work Commission) provide a copy of relevant pages of the EBA covering; the title, wages and salaries

OR

Employment Contract: provide a copy of the employment contract and other contracts and pay slips (de-identified) for Australian workers in equivalent positions in the same workplace.

Nomination allocations provided by the Department of Home Affairs are limited and it is currently uncertain when border restrictions will be lifted. To ensure the limited nomination positions allocated to NSW go to support the economic recovery of the state, RDA Murray will not re-nominate applicants subject to a section 48 bar.

Employer Nomination (RSMS 494 Visa): AUD $770.00 (incl. GST)
